I am an empowerment coach, business owner, sought-after corporate trainer, conflict mediator, and workplace culture commentator who's been featured in the New York Times magazine, LA Weekly, and more. 

While I'm helping businesses and high achieving professionals now, it WASN'T always this way.  Let me tell you! 

One of eight children from very humble beginnings, I was an honor roll student who nearly flunked out of college.  (True story).   

After becoming a corporate dropout, I launched my business, Partner for Impact, which brings humanity, empowerment, and values into the workplace through powerful workshops and coaching. 

In 2022, I created the Powerhouse Era to help others find their inner power and have their date with destiny as I had! COVID-19 woke many professionals up - suddenly searching for a fulfilling, meaning-driven life. My program is designed to help such people connect with what's important, leverage their gifts and talents, and usher them into to their own powerhouse era. 

I climbed my way up the splintered corporate ladder only to find myself miserable and unwilling to tolerate the toxicity that seemed to govern it.
